With two young children I just could not find the time to fit exercise into my life and always seemed to feel exhausted. I was desperate to try and lose some weight but most of all tone up.  I had lost my confidence in my figure and felt very unfit and I was nervous about going to a gym and embarrassed.   A friend recommended Gokay to me and I have never looked back. He has really helped me tone up and is so patient, professional and understanding, knowing just how hard to push me and encouraging me all the way.  The best thing is that he comes to my house and fits in with me around the kids and my schedule. I quit smoking back in January and as expected piled on the weight and got very depressed about it.  Someone suggested that the money I saved on cigarettes should be used to try and lose the weight and so I asked around if anyone knew of a good personal trainer. Gokay came highly recommended.  He was great and started me off slowly as I was very unfit but gradually with a good programme and a lot of hard work on both parts I have lost the weight and am still enjoying the training sessions.  He is a fantastic motivator and he also really helped me with a healthy eating plan and keeping me on track.  He is so professional and I have recommended him to everyone I know.

My friend and I share our training sessions and work out in the park with Gokay.  He is very motivating and always makes the work out fun and I can't believe how much fitter i have got and some of the exercises I can now do.  Press ups and tricep dips!   We do some really good pairwork exercises too which makes it more enjoyable and training with a friend really cuts the cost too.  Thanks Gokay.

I signed up with Gokay over a year ago and can't believe the difference in my fitness level and how my shape has changed. I wanted to shed my post pregnancy weight and get my fitness back and Gokay has helped me every step of the way. When I first met Gokay I was heavily overweight, dangerously unfit and really lacking in confidence about all aspects of my health and wellbeing and appearance.
